After a highly successful WAAG 2021 Elizabeth Quay, the WA Airway Group are thrilled to announce that the WAAG 2023 Airway Conference will be in Hobart 15-17 March 2023. This multi-disciplinary airway conference will welcome delegates from all critical care specialties, ENT and OMS, and the focus will be on difficult airway management and the team aspects of challenging cases. Our popular interactive workshops will be offered once again, which is a unique opportunity to learn from airway experts.

The conference venue will in at the newly refurbished Grand Chancellor, with the partner hotel MAC01q welcoming delegates in their funky new waterfront accommodation. We are excited to introduce three new workshops this year including the ‘Virtual cadaver lab’ delivered by the entertaining Scotty Botteter from the San Antonio Centre for Emergency Health Sciences. Join us also for the new Paediatric Airway and the Surgical Airway Ultrasound workshops

This is the best time of the year to be in Hobart. Take advantage of the exciting social program with a trip to MONA and welcome drinks at the gorgeous Waterline property on the waterfront. The WAAG Golf has sky-rocketed to the next level with an optional tour of the world famous Barnbougle and Lost Farm courses 11-14 March.
