Dress Code

Conference Sessions: Smart Casual
Social Events: Smart Casual

Light, airy, casual clothes are the most practical and you’ll find natural fibres like cotton or linen are the most comfortable in Bali’s often humid conditions.

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel and medical insurance prior to coming to the meeting. The policy should include loss of fees/ deposit through cancellation of your participation in the meeting, or through cancellation of the meeting itself, loss of airfares for any reason, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property, additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements have to be altered. Neither the meeting secretariat nor the organising committee will take any responsibility for any participant failing to insure. Please speak to your travel agent or airline in regard to this matter.

Kids Club

The hotel has a video game area, Children’s Club for over 12’s, Children’s Club for 6 – 12 years and a Children’s Club for 4 – 6 years.

Register with DFAT (Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade in Australia) or your country’s equivalent so that if there is trouble they know where you are, and can email you alerts. No news is good news, and if you do get an alert, you have time to decide what to do.

We suggest you turn Data Roaming off on your phone if you don’t want to get a shock when you open your bill at home. If you need to make calls then consider using Viber, Skype or WhatsApp.

Or check with your phone provider before you leave, they may have a good deal or helpful suggestions for you. For example Optus has a Prepaid Travel Pack.
