Due to popular demand, the WA Airway Group will once again hold its annual conference in beautiful Bali. The tropical backdrop provides a relaxed setting for the multi-disciplinary discussions on difficult airway management, airway teaching and case presentations.

Our speakers will come from a wide range of specialities including anaesthesia, intensive care, ENT, oral-maxillofacial surgery, emergency medicine and retrieval. The aim is to share ideas, experiences and learn from one another.

The workshops on offer will be the very popular Emergency Tracheostomy, Nasendoscopy Workshop and Difficult Airway Workshop. WAAG Bali 2017 will also introduce a new Airway Ultrasound workshop.

As always, WAAG will be providing CICO workshops, which qualify for ANZCA Emergency Procedures CPD points.

All clinicians who are interested in airway management are welcome. Delegates in the past have come from all critical care specialities and multi-disciplinary airway management is the WAAG motto.

The 5 star Intercontinental Bali Resort in Jimbaran Bay was a very successful venue for WAAG 2016, and it provides sophisticated conference facilities and workshop rooms. The club rooms provide excellent facilities for delegates, the kids club will keep the children entertained, and the renowned Spa will entertain the partners. WAAG Bali 2017 will also introduce a WAAG Fitness Trainer who will lead group sessions before and after lectures each day.

The social program includes the Sunset Welcome Reception and the Conference Dinner & Party. Optional social activities include the 9 Hole WAAG Annual Golf Match at the New Kuta Golf Course, a Social 18 Hole Golf Game, a diving trip with the Manta Rays and the Indonesian Cooking class.

Looking forward to having you all on board for WAAG Bali 2017. Register early as the workshops fill up quickly!
